The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on the extent and complexity of treatment. During your first visit we will discuss the probable number of visits, their length, and the fees involved.
Patients with dental insurance: As a courtesy, we will contact your insurance carrier to verify eligibility and benefits. We will make every effort to provide you with the closest estimate possible. However, it is an estimate, and therefore, anything not covered by your insurance company is your responsibility. Copayments are due at the time of service.
Patients without dental insurance: Payment in full is due at the time of service.
